This is our signature dish and it won't disappoint! 

Our clear beef broth packs a punch full of flavors that will get you picking up the bowl and drinking it straight! As you pick the beef rib out of the bowl it will just fall straight off the bone. The beef rib will give you the perfect balance between fat and meat.

We use the freshest ingredients that are all grown locally in Perth. 

Besides from the amazing balance of full wholesome flavors. You could say that our broth is a herbal/medicinal broth. Thanh Dat Pho broth is basically a bone marrow broth combined with ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, coriander & star anise.
